A Sanctuary for Healing in the Heart of Paradise Valley.
Tucked away in the breathtaking embrace of Montana’s Paradise Valley lies HU2H Big Sky Retreats, a 36-acre haven of healing, purpose, and renewal. Set along the tranquil banks of the Yellowstone River and surrounded by the awe-inspiring peaks of Yellowstone National Park, this private sanctuary offers more than just stunning views, it offers hope.
Here, up to twelve heroes, veterans and first responders, gather for a life-changing retreat, designed to address the silent wounds carried by those who have served and sacrificed. Through a peer support program led by fellow warriors who have walked the same road, participants learn the truth: PTSD is common, healing is possible, and they are never alone.
Each day begins with approximately one hour of curriculum based on scientific research that helps remove the stigma surrounding mental health and trauma. The power of shared experience becomes the foundation for healing, as attendees realize their story is understood, respected, and honored. But the learning doesn’t stop in the classroom. The soul of HU2H is grounded in the restorative power of nature and creativity. Afternoons are spent immersed in therapeutic activities tailored to reconnect mind, body, and spirit; fly fishing on crystal-clear rivers, hiking trails through majestic scenery, capturing beauty through a camera lens, and finding expression through music and art.
Every moment is designed to help each individual discover their own path forward. Because PTSD doesn’t come with a one-size-fits-all solution, and healing must be as unique as the stories of our heroes.
HU2H Big Sky Retreats are provided at no cost to the participant. Airfare is reimbursed, and all funds raised go directly into supporting this sacred mission. More than just a week in paradise, attendees leave with a toolkit of local resources and the confidence to continue engaging in the practices that that brought them peace.
This is more than a retreat. It's the beginning of a new chapter. One of strength, community, and healing.
HU2H is here to remind our heroes: You are not alone. You're just getting started.
You have a purpose.
